BECOMING THE 80/20 PERSON

You may want to start by jumping into it in Quick Implementation Of The 80/20 Rule, with forms for ease.

FIGURE OUT WHAT IS MOST VITAL

    List at least 10 of the most happy, fulfilled times.
    List at least 10 of the highest achievement times.

FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET THERE

    Making sure you have an effective vehicle to travel in.
          Knowing how the mind works, the top 20%
          Knowing how the body works, the top 20%
    Operate from the key principles
    Learn and use the time management basics, but don't overdo it
    Decisions made ahead of time do not take the energy of deciding each time
    Commitments, declarations, taking stands            

IMPLEMENT STAGE 1  Although it is most vital that you implement the body and mind top 20%, we are starting with clearing up the time to do so.  It is perfectly fine to get a jump start using the forms in Quick Implementation Of The 80/20 Rule.

      DE-CLUTTERING

            Relationships
            Things - Clothes, environment
            Your schedule - Eliminating 50% of what you do

      RESETTING YOUR SCHEDULE FOR EFFECTIVENESS

            Figure out and eliminate 50% of what you do - What you "don't do" is a key space creator
                 Learn systematic avoidance (saying no graciously, dodging, not doing what others want)
            Theme days
                 Rejuvenation
                 Preparation
                 Creating, planning, thinking
                 Results days

     BODY

           Eating, weight
           Exercising effectively

      MIND

            Re-forming the key beliefs  (Polish this off later, get quickest results now)
            Retraining the brain
